Hirewell was retained by cleverbridge to augment their internal recruiting efforts through our Managed Recruiting Program (MRP). cleverbridge had an immediate hiring need for multiple Customer Service Representatives, as well as other high-priority openings within IT, Sales, Account Management and Marketing. After accomplishing all of the original hiring goals, Hirewell’s services were extended to support ongoing needs. From Entry-level to Director-level, Hirewell has carefully selected and hired 30 new employees for cleverbridge, adhering to the philosophies and unique culture they are striving to preserve.
Within the first 3 weeks of the project, Hirewell secured 5 Customer Service Representatives for the hiring initiative. Hirewell improved the hiring velocity by 37.5% - facilitating more hires in the first 3 months of engagement than the 8 months prior. Hirewell decreased the client’s prior reliance on external placement agencies and improved the quality of hire. Staffing key IT, Sales and Account Management hires saved the client nearly $110,000 in external agency placement fees.
