Overview

Hirewell was initially engaged by a venture capital-backed software company to assist with numerous mid-level, technical roles. The client struggled to add top-tier technical employees and needed to add staff across a variety of technology functions. After eight months and over 14 placements, we worked with the client to create a custom RPO solution that would reduce their spend and hiring time. A dedicated Hirewell account manager worked on-site to facilitate the hiring of an addition 14 employees across sales, marketing, human resources and technology in just four months.

Results

We built a recruiting process and database that allowed the client to eventually bring some of the recruiting process in house, with our HR services assisting them in staffing their HR division. Our IT services continue to assist the client with recruiting top talent.

Overview

Hirewell was engaged by a publicly traded marketing firm on a contingency basis to assist with several IT hires. In time, the firm asked Hirewell to find a senior-level staff member, a Director of Data Warehouse/Architecture, who was identified quickly and started with the firm within five weeks of engagement. Shortly after the hire was made, the marketing firm was taken private and a new CIO was introduced.

In a time of significant transition, the firm acknowledged the value and efficiency that Hirewell brought to their recruiting process. We began an exclusive relationship with the firm to help define, identify and place/replace their information technology team that was moving its operation from Florida to Chicago.

An early stage consulting firm engaged Hirewell to help them recruit technical and functional resources, including subject matter experts in multiple industries and technologies.
