Who We Are

Hirewell (formerly Human Capital Management Solutions) offers recruiting solutions that work for our clients. Through a network of incredible talent and staff, across our four service lines, we are committed to delivering successful results. In 2012, we are unveiling a formalized approach for our growing business, as well as a new name. We chose Hirewell because this simple name speaks to our growth, our diverse service offerings and our promise to meet client's recruitment needs.

How We Got Here

In 2001, Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS) started partnering with world-class companies to find superior talent that would provide them with strong competitive advantages. While our focus from 2001 to 2008 was primarily on IT recruiting, our success in this arena – and at the request of our clients – inspired us to expand into RPO and HR recruiting. In 2010, we formalized our hybrid-retained approach for strategic senior-level hires, where we can deliver the results of a traditional retained search at fraction of the cost.
